Complete ground-up restoration on low-mileage (70,000) chassis
Re-sprayed with Original Verona Red paint
Front air dam (also painted Verona Red)
'72 bumpers
Every rubber seal (doors, trunk, taillights, front and rear quarter
     windows) is new
Window felt is new

Bosch H4 halogen headlights

DRIVE TRAIN

Internal surface of engine block and crankcase deburred, sanded and
polished to improve oil flow
Pistons bored .040" over
9.5:1 compression ratio
Block surface decked .005" (raises compression ratio slightly)
121 head with 44mm intake valves (2mm larger than original)
Head ported and polished
Connecting rods lightened and polished
Motor has been balanced
Pertronix ignition in a pointless Tii distributor with MSD Multi Spark Discharge
Dual Mikuni 44mm side-draft carbs, jetted on dyno, K&N Air Filters
Adjustable Holly fuel pressure regulator
Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil
320i aluminum radiator with electric fan
Rebuilt close-ratio 5-speed transmission
Rebuilt 3.45:1, 40% limited-slip differential
Custom-fabricated short-throw shifter
Schrike 2.92 cam
2002 turbo exhaust system all the way back
Custom-fabricated front strut tower brace

BRAKES

Hand-fabricated and routed brake tubing
Original factory 2002 turbo brakes including hubs, calipers and
rotors
Tii brake booster
Only Ate Super Blue brake fluid

WHEELS


15" BBS RA wheels w/Dunlop D40M2 tires

SUSPENSION

Bilstein Sports all the way around

Suspension Techniques springs and sway bars
Adjustable rear camber sub-frame
Almost new steering box with a ton of adjustment
All new tie rods, idler arm bushings, center track rod, and front
     sub frame
(reinforced on left side motor mount where 2002's often crack)
New control arms
New ball joints
New upper strut bearings
New wheel bearings

ELECTRICAL


Completely refurbished wiring harnesses in engine compartment and
trunk
Hand-wrapped wiring throughout
New fuse box and fuses
New ignition
New switches
Completely refurbished guages (airbrushed by hand)
Speedometer overhauled and tripped back to zero after restoration

INTERIOR

Doors keyed to match ignition
New lenses, badges, chrome and interior faceplates (everything)
Locking BMW gas cap
New headliner, visors
New windshield and rear window
New window regulators
New door handles, latches, striker plates and bolts
New window and wind wing turners
Recaro LTX seats (cloth) with inflatable lumbar support, adjustable
    side bolsters and thigh extensions
Momo Champion steering wheel
New carpet kit (including trunk)
