These services include employee benefit planning with special attention to cost containment measures in the area of employee health insurance.  Also included is pension plan design and funding.  Often employers have an inappropriate type of qualified plan.  With the proper design, more benefits can accrue to the owners and long term employees at a overall lower cost than the plan currently in place.

Lastly, we focus on "owner benefits" which is often overlooked.  Many of our clients are interested in providing for themselves benefits on a fax favored basis.   We design non-qualified plans that can discriminate in favor of the owner or valued employee.  These non-qualified plans enable the owner to take money out of his corporation on a tax favored basis.  Some of these methods include split dollar, bonus plans, owner/key executive carve outs, and deferred compensation plans.
